TurChat operates in compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This page summarizes our data processing approach and your rights.
For the visitor data you collect under your account, you are the data controller; TurChat is the data processor that processes this data on your behalf. When processing your account information, TurChat acts as the data controller.
Raw chat records, messages, and form/lead data are kept for up to 12 months (365 days)<\/b>; at the end of this period, they are automatically deleted. Only statistical summaries that do not contain personal data (daily numbers) may be kept longer. Account holders can also delete all data related to a specific person earlier upon request.
You can contact info@turchat.com to exercise your rights. We will respond to your requests within legal timeframes, free of charge (subject to exceptions provided by law).
We implement technical and administrative measures to protect data (TLS encryption in transit, access restrictions, tenant isolation). To provide AI features, chat messages may be processed in the United States<\/b> via OpenAI. This transfer is carried out under appropriate safeguards (contractual commitments/standard data protection clauses). The AI provider does not use the transmitted data to train its own models. If you do not want this transfer, you can disable AI features in your account settings.
